[Mycroft] Search-Plugins shipping with Mozilla Suite?

Good one, never noticed this since I normally just overwrite the folder 
with a copy of my own plugin selections.

Anyway, these pre-installed plugins don't really reflect what we see as 
being the most popular. How is it decided what these plugins should be? 
I couldn't find anything in Bugzilla relating to this.
