[Mycroft] Mycroft RSS feed

Hello everybody,

After some extensive testing and improvements, I'm proud to announce 
that an RSS feed for mycroft is available. It will provide you with the 
list of the 10 latest changed or added plugins.

It's valid RSS 1.0, so it should work with most of the RSS aggregators 
out there. If anything should not work with your reader, please report 
that to me with extensive description and screenshots :)
