You have two options:

1) Publish the individual gestures on a web page by clicking the
    "Publish" button. Each gesture can then be installed by clicking
    on the respective link. Note that this will only add the gestures,
    not replace the whole gesture set.

2) Copy the file mousegestures.rdf from your profile folder
    <http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile> to the other computer. This will
    replace the all gestures with your set.
