[Project_owners] mozdev CVS via proxy?

Hi,

Has anyone configured TortoiseCVS or another CVS client to access the mozdev CVS server through a SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy? I've found documentation discussing how to do it with SourceForge's CVS server, but can't get it to work with mozdev CVS.
