[Project_owners] update.rdf served as text/xml?

Many thanks to mossop who verified this is a bug in Firefox.  (Filed
as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=349324 .)

Now I need mozdev admin's help.

Because it's essentially a bug in Firefox 1.5.0.x and Firefox 2.0.x
(and the trunk), and unlikely to be fixed on the Gecko 1.8 branch, I
now need to get PHP working with
http://xulwidgets.mozdev.org/update/update.rdf .  My various test
changes to the update directory have proved unsuccessful so far.
