[Project_owners] Draft of site roadmap

The mozdev board has started making plans for 2007 and we are focusing
on adding and improving site features.  We'd like to share our current
thinking about what we'd like to work on and when the features will be
available.  Feel free to take a look at our draft roadmap and send any
