[Project_owners] bad link to installation of proxybotton 0.2.7

Alla,

new file was sent to the mirrors today and is already available on some of 
them. You can try again and find the up-to-date one or just wait until the 
file propagates though all mirrors, also after that auto-update will be 
enabled.

PS: please use notes on the project's page or it's mailing list in the future 
for proxybutton-related questions.
