[Project_owners] Could mozdev set up an experimental svn?

Heya Folks,

I think we should stick with CVS while the migration is being completed.

Once the old box has been replaced with a new one and is available to 
new labour i think it would be a good idea to set it up as a test for 
picking a replacement SCM system.
To make the test worthwile i think it's best to define a list of 
projects to be converted as well as a set of requirements a new SCM 
system should meet.

I'd like to volunteer for setting up a Subversion test environment.
