[Project_owners] spammers on a project's mailinglist

I get a steady stream of spam on the lists I moderate.  I'm not sure
how mozdev compares in volume of spam to other open source sites, but
hopefully we can do more to minimize this pain.  The new server should
do a better job of filtering out spam.  There is a bug open with some
details about what we're working on:
