[Project_owners] php that just will not work on mozdev

I can get this to work on any were but mozdev

$id=$_GET['id'];
echo($id);
?>

so going to http://testo.mozdev.org/test.html/id=somethingToTest

should give out "somethingToTest"

I am trying to get this to work in a larger script but it will not.
