[Project_owners] Sidequestion: Are these project_owners mails scanned for virus twice?

It's my understanding that messages sent to the list determined to be spam/viruses by ClamAV have their subject prepended with "[SPAM]".

I'm not sure exactly how our virus scanning is set up, but Doug should
be able to give some information on this.  He just left for vacation
though and will be back in a week.
