[Project_owners] persist attribute?

Hi,

When specifying persist="width height" for <dialog/> or <window/>, does anyone know:

1. Where this is stored? (I seem to remember an RDF file in the profile)
2. How to call the Javascript to perform this programmatically from my own function instead of as a XUL attribute?
