[Project_owners] Can I change the domain name of my project

There is no way to change the name of an existing project, but you are
welcome to create a new project and move your content over to that.  

BTW, I think 'microsummary' is probably too generic for a good project
name, so I'd suggest 'summarygenerator' or something along those lines.
