Mozdev.org was down from approx 22:45 UTC - 02:15 UTC (17:45 EST - 21:15 EST). 
We are currently unaware of what the problem was but we will be posting back 
once more information is known.

Current services that appear to be down:
 * HTTPS server (https://www.mozdev.org/)
 * Bugzilla is currently still down due to our HTTPS server being unavailable.
