[Project_owners] Mirror asking for username and password

I just wanted to follow up that I've sent a third email to the 
mozdev.bigsearcher.com mirror admins about this problem (the first was on 
2007-11-16, the second on 2007-12-05).  If they do not respond to this email 
I will be removing their mirror from the list until they can resolve this 
problem.

I apologize for the length of time it's taken to get this resolved; typically 
the admins are much more responsive than this.
