[Project_owners] dialog icons - Firefox AND Seamonkey question

Hi,

My extension's <dialog/> and <window/> boxes no longer have icons in the upper-left. I'm speaking
of the icon that appears to the left of all window title bars. Example:

I've forgotten how I got the icons to work in the first place. I seem to remember it had something
to do with the id of the <dialog/> or <window/> matching the filename of the icon itself, and the
icon had to be in a specific directly? Something like chrome/skin/classic|modern/ ...

Does anyone know how these icons are selected for windows/dialogs in both Firefox 3 *and*
Seamonkey?
