No, we're still working on providing a secure installation method.  Please see 
bug#17302 (https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=17302).

I doubt the installation method will be in the form of an actual https 
download as we make use of mirrors for serving our files.  Mostly likely we 
will utilize InstallTrigger.
