[Project_owners] last day to vote

For me, Subversion was the system I checked. TurtoiseSVN is the windows 
client I learned to love :D In my opinion WinCVS is harder to use, too. 
But I saw some features that WinCVS has that I didn't find in TurtoiseSVN.

This is my opinion, but I also would like to see other opinions!
