[Project_owners] Mozdev documentation now in wiki

It looks like you used subdomains, not Aliases.  Unfortunately this wasn't an 
option for us since we use subdomains for our projects and we wanted each of 
our projects to have access to their own installations drupal installations 
for blogs, wikis, and forums.

So we weren't able to use http://drupal.mozdev.org/blog since we wanted to 
provide http://PROJECT.mozdev.org/blog; I just couldn't figure out how to 
make the rewrites work so that Drupal knew that '/blog' was in 
actuality '/drupal/blog' and still have CSS, images, etc still work.

If I or someone else figures out how to do this in the future, we can 
certainly revisit it.
