I don't get any emails currently. I'd like to be notified  via email whenever :

1. There is a new post in any of the forums
2. There is a new reply in any of the forums

This would prevent me from having to continually visit the forums 10 times per day just to see if someone has posted a question.

Anyone have suggestions?
