[Project_owners] Online version of McCoy

Is there anyone interested in working on an online version of Mozilla's McCoy 
[1] [2] tool for signing extension update manifests?  Mozdev is interested in 
hosting such a tool but doesn't currently have it in their roadmap; if there 
is sufficient interest and help available we can work with those individuals 
in order to help make such a tool available to all developers.
