It's being included via <source/> tags in the <head/> of the page.

Some reports on what browsers you are using would be helpful; I didn't have 
any problems in the browsers I tested (Firefox 2.0.0.10, Konqueror 3.5.8, IE 
6).  JQuery has been lightning fast in my experience and definitely helps 
speed up javascript development for web applications, but I can't attest for 
all the plugins that are available.  If there's problems with certain 
browsers I will probably need to look into taking them up with the upstream 
developers.
