As far as a dev site, you can checkout the cvs from slogger.mozdev.org,
but that's about it.

For your setup, if you have some local network that is directly on your
filesystem, you should be able to just select the appropriate slogger
folder and you'd be all set.  Or maybe each of your computers can just
save the history on a local drive, and then you can have some script zip
them up every night/week/etc and move them to some common location.
