[Slogger] Slogger Buttons always seem to be off on startup

Hi there Ken,

I love slogger and I can't seem to figure out how to make the slogger button 
come up
as "on by default".  When I launch firefox, the 1 button is off, and even if 
I turn it on manually,
in any new window that's opened, the 1 button is off.

How do I make it so that the button is "on by default", or at least whatever 
the setting was
when I closed firefox.
