[Slogger] Managing a Permanent Archive

Hi,
I was wondering, if there was a possibility to add some mechanisms
that would help to maintain some kind of a permanent archive of chosen
saved web pages.
I don't even know if this is technically possible, but it would be
great to be able to mark pages in the standard xml browsing history
that are to be copied to that permanent archive. That would just be
another folder with its own xml file as an index. Additionally the
file naming scheme could be changed to have the name first and the
date second. And finally it would have to be possible to delete web
pages via the interface.
Could that be realized?
If so, I could see features like screenshot previews or something like
that in the future. That came to my mind just now though.
And just to make sure that I don't overlook something that is possible
with what we already got: to get closest to my described goal is to
create a profile (with button), that saves web pages to the archive
folder. To archive pages I have to visit the saved web pages one by
one from the xml index (of the standard profile) and save them using
the new profile.
That's actually not too bad already, but not being able to easily
delete from the archive makes things rather impractical.
I didn't find any software that would already do that (for Linux), so
I would be thankful for any recommendations in that matter, too.
Thanks for reading
