[Slogger] my slogger improvements

I have made some basic changes to the filter tab in the profile editor.  I
made the filter list wider and made the filters editable.  Without these
changes I had to manually edit my profiles in a text editor.

I also intended to change the behavior of the white list so that slogger
would execute if any of the whitelist rules are true.  I discovered that
this was already slogger's behavior, but the label next to the whitelist
checkbox was incorrect.


When I have time, I plan on making a few changes to how the profiles are
managed and stored.  I noticed some inconsistent behavior with settings from
deleted profiles were stored in prefs.js.  I haven't investigated how, when,
or why, the profile data was stored in prefs.js, but it shouldn't be
necessary since all of that data should be read directly from the profile.

I am also thinking about possible changes to the profile to make them more
text-editor friendly.
