[TagZilla] partial success in 1.5

managed to get the latest jslib 0.1.332 to install in my december 1st TB 
nightly... which allowed tagzilla to install  with Nightly Tester Tools 
after I altered the install.rdf and bumped the max version to 1.6... 
however, opening a new compose window generates an error message stating 
"there was an error reading your tagline file. Verify your TagZilla 
settings are correct before continuing..." which also appears when i 
right click to manually insert a tagline....

i have the correct path set... and then these taglines appear... but 
then i am unable to send the message
