[TagZilla] Gets added twice when opening compose window for a very first time.

Hi all,

I found that whenever I open thunderbird compose window for the very
first time, I get the tagline added twice!

After that, opening compose window, works as expected! Little strange! 
i.e Added once to he compose window.

My settings:

Automatically add a tagline when sending the message.[Checked]
Add tagline without opening tagzilla window. [Checked]

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.10)
