[TagZilla] Email Preferences Mozilla Suite 1.7.12

Hi Everyone

I am using Mozilla Suite 1.7.12 and Tagzilla 0.059

I really am not sure where the email settings are... there are no 
options for tagzilla under the Tools menu in the browser, in mail, in 
compose (email)...

in preferences, there is a Tagzilla item but it contains 3 tabs none of 
which contain the settings controlling automatically starting Tagzilla 
upon sending email or the setting to insert a tagline without opening a 
Tagzilla window
