[TagZilla] Russian translation for TagZilla and adapting for Thunderbird and Firefox 1.5+

Sorry, for bugging you, but...

1) It is very simple to adapt TagZilla to firefox and thunderbird  1.5
and later. Just change
<em:maxVersion>1.1</em:maxVersion>
to
<em:maxVersion>1.5+</em:maxVersion>

It's works fine for me

2) For proper working with locales I'm added
<em:locale>tagzilla/locale/ru-RU</em:locale>
<em:locale>tagzilla/locale/de-DU</em:locale>
and other locale files into
<Description about="urn:mozilla:extension:file:tagzilla.jar"> section
of install.rdf file.

3) TagZilla is perfect thing! Now I use 0.059 version from CVS snapshot
with Thunderbird 1.5 with Russian language. Thanks a lot for it.
