[TagZilla] Problems with Tagzilla 0.066, Seamonkey and german Language

Dear Johannes,

Please try this version. 0.066.1. Also try this:

1. Go to Edit->Preferences->Tagzilla
2. Go to the Mail/News tab.

There should be an extra option to choose the identity
settings. This code appears to have been in Tagzilla
for a while but for some reason David turned it off.
All I did was to turn it on again.
